Acupuncture

It is an ancient Chinese therapy, which consists of the application of needles in specific points of the body to treat diseases and promote physical and emotional health. It is indicated in the treatment of respiratory, ophthalmic, neurological, gastrointestinal, and orthopedic diseases, sleep disorders, and in the various stages of pregnancy.

It includes variations such as Motor Point Acupuncture, Electroacupuncture, and Auriculotherapy.

Cupping

This ancient Chinese technique uses cups to produce a vacuum when contracted on the skin. The vacuum created by the suction cup on the skin releases the muscle tissue and improves blood circulation. It is indicated to relax muscles and eliminate muscle tension, stimulate acupuncture points, improve tissue oxygenation, regulate PH, and bring the feeling of well-being and relaxation to the patient.

Acupressure

Originating in Ancient China, acupressure uses the same points mapped to acupuncture, but instead of needles, it uses the pressure of the thumbs. Widely used to relieve the symptoms of the various stages of pregnancy, it helps to control stress, improves nausea, cramps, constipation, fatigue, headaches, and back pain.

Chinese Medicinals

Chinese herbal treatments have been widely used for millennia in ancient China to treat some common and treatable problems, including digestive disorders, menstrual problems, colds, emotional stress, addiction, muscle pain, post-surgical pain and swelling; and also the side effects of medications, including treatments for HIV and cancer, hypertension and cholesterol.

Diagnostics will take into account your overall health and a thorough assessment to identify any imbalances or blocks of qi.

Chinese Dietary Therapy

Diet therapy is the food therapy that constitutes one of the most important pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is used both in a preventive aspect and for the treatment of diseases, using the concepts of Yin-yang. Its objectives are: to tone the organs, balance the Qi (flow of energy that circulates through the body), and promote health and nutrition through healthy and natural food.
